Sky Pad
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

The Young's hired us again (see their first house) to remodel a corner condominium unit on the 14th floor of a well known Phoenix architectural landmark, originally designed by the modernist Al Beadle. Beadle had created beautiful public spaces in the buildings but the units were fairly plain and didn’t fit today’s more open lifestyle. We gutted the unit and gave them a space that fit them and captured the views from their terrace.
