Location: Phoenix, Arizona
This home was built for a woman who had grown up on this ranch land north of Phoenix. When she and her husband inherited the original ranch house, it was not in any shape to live in. They loved the property and the way the existing home nestled into the desert and asked us to create something that fit in and captured some of the texture and materiality of an old ranch but using contemporary forms.
