MLP is a multi-family development company based out of St
Louis. They have hired Woolsey Studio for a number
of projects as an addition to their architectural team. The
base design and permit documents are completed by another
firm and then we come in and add pizzazz to the overall look,
the clubhouse and leasing office, and decorate the display
apartment unit. The look is adjusted to meet the specific
market – slightly more contemporary or slightly less – and
always with an eye on financial return for their interiors
investment.
