Studio?
We understand that great design can impact your business
by providing an image that attracts customers and sets the tone

their interaction with you. We know how to respond to a budget
and understand that time is money in any commercial project. Our
work is beautiful and has been published both locally and nationally.
Many of our commercial clients are repeat customers.
What kinds of commercial projects
do you do?
We focus on commercial interiors for projects where design adds
value for the business owner or developer. This includes lobbies,
leasing offices, clubhouse, conference rooms, and other public
areas for commercial and multi-family residential.
What other services do you
offer?
We can work with your commercial architect to provide interior
finish and lighting specifications and drawings. We can work with
your staff to clarify design related operational requirements or
sales goals. We specify and install furnishings, window coverings,
art, and accessories. We can also provide construction management
services for interior build out.
How do you determine fees?
Once we meet with you to understand the scope of work, we will
give you a set fee for design and production of interior finish
documents and specification. Working with your furniture, fixtures,
and equipment budget, as we present furnishing options to you
we will include pricing for your approval. We will also generate
a budget for art and accessories that includes the costs of these
items and our time.
